AEOVisor is operated by ENDEVSOLS PVT LTD. For personal information collected directly through our product, we generally act as a data controller. When we process information on behalf of an enterprise customer under a signed agreement, roles may change (for example, customer as controller and AEOVisor as processor).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account and profile data: name, email address, authentication provider, account status, and tier.
• Workspace and usage data: submitted URLs, generation requests, prompt sets, tracker configuration, run history, quality scoring, and recommendation history.
• Billing metadata: plan type, invoice references, payment status, and subscription IDs from our payment processors.
• Technical and security logs: IP address, device/browser metadata, request timestamps, session events, and abuse-prevention signals.
• Support and communications: emails you send us and operational notices we send to you (for example login, billing, incident, and policy updates).

3. Information We Receive From Third Parties

We may receive limited data from third parties, including authentication providers (such as Google OAuth), payment processors, cloud hosting, and email delivery services. We use that data only to run, secure, and support your account.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

• Operate core features such as llms.txt generation and AEO tracking.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Enforce plan entitlements, quotas, and fair-use limits.
• Process payments, renewals, invoices, and fraud checks.
• Send transactional emails and service announcements.
• Monitor reliability, fix bugs, and improve feature quality.

5. Legal Basis (Where Applicable)

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information under one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

We do not sell personal information for money. We share data only with parties that need it to provide the Service, including:

7. AI Processing and Subprocessors

AEOVisor uses external AI providers to generate and analyze content. When you run generation or tracking features, relevant prompts and context may be transmitted to those providers. Their handling of data is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We contract only for business purposes and avoid sharing more data than required for the requested task.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions, preference memory, performance monitoring, and abuse prevention. You can control non-essential cookies through browser settings, but disabling authentication cookies may prevent login.

9. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legitimate business records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by category (account, billing, logs, and generated artifacts). We may aggregate or de-identify information for analytics after deletion windows.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be fully secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

11. International Transfers

Our providers may process information in multiple countries. Where required by law, we use transfer safeguards such as contractual protections and other legally recognized mechanisms.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain uses of personal information. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable.
