Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Service" means AEOVisor applications, APIs, dashboards, scheduled jobs, and related tooling. "Customer" means the individual or entity that accepts these terms. "User Content" means data, prompts, URLs, and other materials submitted by Customer.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

You represent that you are legally able to enter into these terms and will comply with applicable laws when using the Service.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account. You must use accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans and Entitlements

Access to features, quotas, and automation depends on your current tier (for example, Free, Pro, Agency). AEOVisor may enforce usage limits, concurrency limits, and anti-abuse safeguards to preserve service quality.

5. Fees, Billing, Renewal, and Taxes

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Customer authorizes recurring charges through our payment provider. Material pricing and billing terms are presented at checkout. Taxes may apply according to local law.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use AEOVisor for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activities, including attempts to disrupt platform operations.

• Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Do not submit malicious code, automated abuse traffic, or deceptive content.
• Do not violate third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

7. User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of User Content. You grant AEOVisor a limited, non-exclusive right to process User Content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to submit that content.

8. AI Output and Decision Responsibility

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inconsistent across providers. Customer is responsible for reviewing output before publication or business-critical use.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party systems, including AI providers, cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment processors. Their outages, policy changes, or API limitations may affect service behavior.

10. Intellectual Property

AEOVisor and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, branding, and non-customer content. Except as expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to Customer.

11. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only as needed to perform obligations under these terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for legal violations, abuse, non-payment, security risk, or material breach. Customer may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, rights to use paid features end at the close of the active billing period unless termination is for cause.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEOVisor disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEOVisor and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

AEOVisor's aggregate liability for claims arising out of these terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by Customer for the Service during the 12 months before the claim arose; or (b) USD $100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AEOVisor harmless from claims, liabilities, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AEOVisor is legally established, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue is the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
